Sumac & Herbs Salad Dressing -
1/4 c Sumac Syrup from Glaciers End
1/4 c white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1/2 c neutral oil (olive oil or grape seed oil work well)
2 T warm water
1/2 t Herbes de Flora Bay (course ground - if using fine ground, use 1/4 t)
1/2 t ground turmeric from River to River Farm
1/2 t ground black pepper
1/4 - 1/2 t sea salt (to taste)
Add all ingredients to glass jar and shake vigorously until mixed well or use immersion blender to blend.
For best flavor, allow dressing to meld for about 20 minutes.
Drizzle on salads and fresh or roasted vegetables.
Store in the refrigerator and best used within 10 days.
